Geek Chic This Week (6/24/12)

Geek Chic This Week is a feature here at Geek Chic to talk about the books I received this week, whether bought, borrowed, or fallen from the sky! It's inspired by the Story Siren's In My Mailbox.

Okay, so, here's what's going down: I have books to read.

So, so many books to read it's not even funny. I'm not talking allllll the books I WANT to read, but the ones I have that I want to read. That includes library books, books I've bought, books I've won, books I've got for review, etc, etc. I have a note where I counted them up and it looks like I've got 24 physically with me that need read.

So yeah, I didn't get many books this week because I am using all of my will power to restrain myself from getting new books until I've gotten my reading pile down to a reasonable size.

I only got one book from the library (because I am weak. I meant to get NONE. But my brother works at the library now (lucky!), and when I went to see him...anyway, whatever.) and one from NetGalley.

FROM THE LIBRARY

-Sweet Evil by Wendy Higgins. This. Looks. Awesome. So yeah.

FROM NETGALLEY

-Angel Eyes by Shannon Dittemore. This looks so fantastic!

Thanks to Thomas Nelson for giving me the opportunity to read this!!

What's in your mailbox this week? Leave me your book-sharing posts!!

  1. Oooh you got Sweet Evil! So dying to read that one!! I so understand about having so many books to read. Its insane. And even though I have a million to read there are so many other books I want to read that I don't have yet! It's a never ending cycle! Great Haul Mag! Hope you enjoy both books! Happy Reading! :)

    1. I think I may have to return a few of them to the library, I can't seem to get interested in them and they're close to due :D
