SEVEN FACTS:

1. I love music. My favorite bands are We Are The In Crowd and Artist vs Poet. I could listen to their music all day! I kinda do.
2. I'm working on writing a book! Granted, I've tried (and failed) numerous times, but I've got good vibes from this one ;)
3. I love animals! My family has two dogs and a cat. And my brother has a fish.
4. My birthday is next week!
5. I don't watch much TV, but my top three shows are Psych, Parks and Recreation, and New Girl. I'm still catching up on all those via Netflix and Hulu, though, so NO SPOILERS!!
6. I'd love to work in the book industry, as many of us seem to. Obviously as an author, but maybe as an editor!
7. I can kinda sorta play guitar. The other day I figured out how to play Never Be What You Want by We Are The In Crowd, which pleased me.

Since I was tagged by The Book Faerie, it's now my turn to tag some other bloggers! Thanks, by the way!

Here are the questions The Book Faerie gave me:

1. What is your favourite 2012 read so far? Ooh, that's pretty impossible, because I read a lot of great books all the time. I'm going to go with either Fateful by Claudia Gray or Need by Carrie Jones.
2. What is your most awaited sequel of 2012? Oh my gosh. Without a doubt Insurgent by Veronica Roth. I can't wait for that!
3. What book can you read over and over again and never get tired of? Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins. It's not often that I can finish a book and immediately flip back to the beginning and start again. Twice. But AFK is one of those :)
4. Favourite book to movie or TV show adaptation? Which one? Usually I'm nervous about movie adaptions of books, because I'm very particular about staying true to the books. I read the Avalon High book after I saw the movie, but I liked the movie better. And of course, the Harry Potter movies are always fantastic.
5. Do you have a reading ritual? Something you do before/after/while your reading? Not really. Well, sometimes when I finish a book I'll go back and reread my favorite scenes. Usually romance ones :)
6. Top 5 hottest male characters? Could you have asked a more IMPOSSIBLE question? Gahhh. Tod from Soul Screamers, Zachary from SHADE, Four from Divergent, Will from Infernal Devices, Fang from Maximum Ride. Plus six thousand others.
7. First book you ever remember reading? I've been reading for so long I have no clue. But I do have a really vivid memory of reading Beezus and Ramona by Beverly Clearly during quiet reading in first grade :)
8. Favourite classic? Little Women by Lousia Alcott
9. Zombies or unicorns? Why? Neither is my favorite, but I'm going to go with Zombies. 
10. Vampires or werewolves? Why? Werewolves, for several reasons. A) Vampires are kinda overdone these days. B) A werewolf could rip a vampires head off. Think about it: Bloodsucking demon or giant vicious wolf? C) They're just AWESOME. They turn into WOLVES. And most importantly D) Derek Souza from the Darkest Powers series, Nick Colt from the Need series, Alec Marlowe from Fateful, Jacob Black from Twilight...need I go on? WEREWOLVES ARE HOT.
11. Any awesome books you've read recently and would recommend? Oh my gosh yes. Enclave by Ann Aguirre. The Touch series by Laurie Faria Stolarz. The SHADE series by Jeri Smith-Ready. Haunting Violet by Alyxandria Harvey. I could recommend books for hours straight. Seriously, if you want recommendations let me know and I'll be happy to oblige :)

1. My three favorite bands are Artist vs. Poet, The Downtown Fiction, and Lifehouse.
2. Music and books are my two biggest obsessions.
3. I could spend all day holed up in my room reading or blogging.
4. My favorite food is pizza. Or chocolate.
5. My favorite animals are dogs (got two of them) and horses (sadly, none), though I also love my cat, even if I think he might have been responsible for the death of my fish.
6. I have a skateboard and occasionally attempt to ride it, though I usually almost fall on my face and look like an idiot trying (:D)
7. I will never back down from a debate, and I am a compulsive arguer.
8. I love reading, but of course pretty much everyone knows that.

12. I am an aspiring writer, but have never finished a novel.
13. I have literally dozens of begun-but-never-finished manuscripts on my laptop.
14. I have only been blogging for about a month--but already it feels like forever and I have so many great new friends!
